As the brand’s marketing leader, I partner with our marketing, sales and leadership teams to attract and nurture prospects and keep existing clients informed. My responsibilities include brand management, digital marketing, content creation, marketing operations, public relations, internal communications, budget optimization and project management. Over the past year I, alongside a tremendous team of talented marketing professionals, have helped consolidate our branding due to business integrations, refresh our visual identity, fine-tune our go to market messaging, launch and optimize three new websites and introduce digital sales collateral solutions.

As the Senior Manager – Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications, I focused on consolidating and building the marketing team as we expanded our reach internally and brought on new talent to support the brand’s extensive portfolio. Throughout the two years I spent in this role, the marketing team tripled in size. During this growth phase, I helped implement quarterly executive reporting to measure success, documented more than 40 standard marketing processes and procedures to increase consistency, created a new hire playbook to reduce the training curve and introduced the company’s first marketing internship program.

Senior Strategic Marketing Specialist

As the Senior Strategic Marketing Specialist, I helped coordinate the launch of a new brand, and the cobranding phase, as we integrated seven operating companies over the course of two years. As part of the brand consolidation, I helped blend go to market messages and merge the brand’s online presence.
